Sorry bout that,

1. Newt just threw the Bush Administration under the bus, on the so called wire tap issue.
2. He is trying to align himself up with the Liberal Media.
3. To gain support. Can't get it from The President.
4. He said basically that Bush has mislead The American People.
5. In other words he just called Bush and his team all liars.
6. In my view this is fighting words, they should return the favor and throw him under the bus.
7. I think Newt is angry about The President, giving the Presidential Nod to his brother Jeb Bush.
8. The newest thing about the way phones are handled is a computation of numbers, in USA, of who's calling whom, etc. with some super computer doing some expert cross referencing.
9. I got no problem with the NSA doing this, as long as it helps find weak spots, so they can be plugged quickly.
10. As The President of the United States he is Constitutionally bound to do everything possible to protect The People.

GWB's admin's not a conservative admin.

The actual neocons are liberal entryists.

Imagine that....he just found out? I guess even the conservatives are coming around to see that their president has lied and mislead the American public.

And....you gotta love the right-wings new attempts to try to brand Bush as a liberal.....now THAT is funny.

He does not have unlimited powers in regards to security when it comes at the expense of our constitutionally protected liberties.

Lets not jump to conclusions on this one, lets wait on the facts...

Doesn't that just take the cake.

I mean, when Newt Gingrich, of all people, criticizes the president, even HE is demonized by the Bush apologists. Who's next to come out of the closet to be labeled a bleeding heart liberal? Billy Graham?

If memory serves me correctly, Gingrich is just as detrimental to the nation as Bush is. That's like the pot calling the kettle black.

Good Ole Nutty Newty G-man. You know, everytime I see him speak I have to take a shower because I feel so dirty afterwards. However, if any people ever needed to meet Ralph Kramden, it is our good friends in the Whitehouse. As far as GW giving the nod to little Jeb, at this time, isn't that politically anagolus to the Mafia's kiss of death?

Isn't it comical?
If cheney said anything about Bush's policies, they would turn their backs on him too and demonize him. It's almost cultish, these true Bush supporters.

They would be so confused if Bush himself began to admit to some of his wrongdoings and exposing some of his mistakes.
They would continue worshiping 'the old bush' and claim that this 'honest new bush' was posessed by liberal demons.

They're already doing that. You don't really think one of these conservatives is going to admit fault, do you? :naughty :2funny:

NEVER in a million years. They'd argue with a signpost and go the wrong direction before that ever happened.

I dunno. Seriously, the right is jumping ship faster than rats on a firey frigate. But I have yet to hear one admit they even MIGHT have been wrong all this time.

I am referring to the HARD right. Not the intelligent moderate ones. (I can respect those guys.)

I think I know what you are saying Cappy, you are referring to those I use to call "The Diehards" aren't you? I stopped that though, because they become offended by that, which seems to make them defend their position even more staunchly. It is about them being offended at this point. Admitting error is not an option after committing everything in their souls to this man. For them, it is a "Going down with the Ship" scenario.

I truly believe that in their hearts they know they have been wrong all along, or at least partially as it pertains to the competent (or should I say incompetent) manner in which the executive branch has been run for the last five and a half years, but it just too hard to say "I was wrong" for a lot of people----Apparently 30% of the people in our country.

I have worked with a lot of people over the years, and I would estimate that approximately 30% of those people also could never admit error and would constantly blame others for their inadequacies, so I guess it should be expected after the division that has been preached throughout GW's reign.

Sorry bout that,

1. Newts strategery is to fall away from the Republican base long enough to snatch up the Democrats Liberal Media, you know you rabbit ear TV watchers.
2. Then he will slowly lean back to the right to gather up the Republicans, right before the vote in 2008.
3. One Big Problem is he won't be on the ticket.
4. It will be a better man.
5. Newt is a good man but he's in a different league as the Bush People.

Bingo! Haven't you noticed the latest right-wingers talking points - "Bush isn't a conservative, he's a liberal".:liar2

The funny thing is, some of them even believe their own spin.....:cuckoo:

"right-winger" is a pejorative - use a nicer word like "conservative". Thank you!

There is a HUGE difference between right-wingers and conservatives. I know that right-wingers like to call themselves conservatives but they do this to hide their true agenda. They were able to take over the Republican party by doing this and now there are a lot of good Republicans out there that have no party.
See right-wingers aren't conservative in the true political sense. They generally only care about 3 things:

1. Ensuring that abortion is outlawed
2. Pushing an anti-gay agenda
3. Pushing their perverted version of "Christianity" into every facet of public life.

They couldn't care less about anything else as long as they can meet this agenda.

Sorry bout that,

1. I think the conservatives want to obey Gawwd.
2. We are the Gawwdly Party.
3. With the liberal Party, its amazing this country hasn't been done like Sodom and Gomorrah.
4. Anything goes for the liberals.
5. Democrats motto: "Its All Good."
6. This is how Nations fall.
7. We have many more concerns than three thou.
