A New York state judge on Friday denied a request by attorneys for President Trump to throw out a lawsuit alleging that Trump and his family violated charity laws with the management of their personal foundation.

Justice Saliann Scarpulla sided with New York Attorney General Barbara D. Underwood in allowing the case to continue, saying it was fair for the attorney general to argue that the president used the Donald J. Trump Foundation to advance his campaign.

Let the games begin!

Add this to the emoluments case against Trump in DC for his hotel.

Damn those Obama judges! Oh wait...this one was elected, probably by Obama supporters. ;)

The fraud of Trump's fake charity in New York looks like one he will lose. Like his fake Trump University.

So if Trump lost the case, what are the possible punishments he could face? This isn’t a criminal charge.

In the suit, Attorney General Barbara Underwood asked a state judge to dissolve the Donald J. Trump Foundation. She asked that its remaining $1 million in assets be distributed to other charities and that Trump be forced to pay at least $2.8 million in restitution and penalties.

Underwood also asked that Trump be banned from leading any other New York nonprofit organization for 10 years — seeking to apply a penalty usually reserved for the operators of small-time charity frauds to the president of the United States.

Funny. The crooked admiring the Chief Crook.

Oh I know they'd deny it, but I'm sure a few of his fans on this board deep down understand what a slimy piece of crap he is, but they delight in each bit of corruption he gets away with, because in their fevered minds, all democrats are evil socialists bent on the destruction of all things American, and they don't see corruption in the sake of greed as a fault, they seem to see it as a virtue if it "gets the libruls", and gets away with it.

Fascism is a philosophy of revenge; resentment. The do gooders have ruined America. A true man--the fascist--must return things to normal and the natural order.

New York State’s Lawsuit Against Trump Foundation Can Proceed, Judge Rules

For the second time this year, a New York State judge in Manhattan decided that President Trump is not immune from civil court cases that involve his unofficial activities or actions that took place before he was in office.

Yeah we want such awful atrocities like Medicare for all, how evil and insufferable right?

Conservative's hard line that NOTHING they contribute to government should ever benefit anyone but themselves is right in line with that. You can almost see the steam coming from their ears when they type about "ahndouts" The alt-right political porn sites have them so programmed they think liberalism is all about that, they reall;y have no clue about the opposition outide of what they're told to think and demonizing anyone who disagrees.

Others have said that Trump is a symptom of a larger problem in America and they're right, but ultimately, whether America is stronger for it in the end or if it collapses, at least it's being exposed. Sure everything is peachy now, and all these fool fans of his think it's all roses, but he used tax cut stimulus in good economic time to bolster things, it's a sugar high, and we'll be paying for this bull**** for a long time to come.

I remember bipartisanship, would love to see it againa nd stil hold hope, but it's never gonna be negotiable withhthe type of people who make up Trump's base.
