After some nearly 10 years of accepting responsibility yet doing nothing about those responsibilities, can anything be said of Teflon Tony Blair, other than what a complete fiasco, he has made of running the Labor Party and presiding over what will be viewed as the most corrupt and inept Gov. that the UK has ever experienced.
Are his continual utterances of any importance any more? indeed, were they in reality EVER of any importance?

I think domestically new labour havent done too badly, at least to start with. Few people in the public services would denny the help that the influx of new schools and hospitals gave them. I wouldnt say TBs government was the most courrpt government we experienced. Thatcher and Lyod George both sold loans for peerages and possibly had a worse foriegn policys. Look at Thatchers arms sales to saddam and lyod georges policy towards things like the irish war of independance and WW1.

Of course thats not to say that because these tendancys have existed they should be allowed to continue. No leader that lies to his country in order to break international law should be allowed to stay in office. Tony Blair is a liability to his party and should have been dumped by them years ago.

New Labour and Tony Blair - a victory of gloss over substance.

Well, no, on second thoughts. People who believed their promises think they lack substance. Blair has it alright - he just does completely the opposite of what he says he'll do, that's all.

4 July: Comment from Tony, our very own Labour ‘agony uncle’.

IGNORE THE TIMES POLL WHICH SHOWED THAT A SIGNIFICANT PROPORTION OF MUSLIMS SUPPORT AL QUAEDA, AND WANT TO KILL BRITISH PEOPLE: WE LOVE ALL MUSLIMS BECAUSE THEY ARE SO LOVELY AND THEY MAKE US FEEL ENRICHED. BURN YOUR COPY OF THE TIMES IMMEDIATELY!

Furthermore, if anyone says anything nasty about Muslims, we will send them to prison forever. Remember: Freedom of speech means that you are free to say how fabulous immigration is, and what a wonderful job the Party is doing. If you say anything else, our propaganda machine will brand you as a racist Nazi and, after a short show trial you will be put away, never to see the light of day again.

Here is an example of an acceptable debate about immigration:

Person 1: ‘I think immigration is very good, and all Muslims, immigrants and dark skinned people are wonderful. I also love the Labour party and thank them for bringing us such multicultural joy.’
Person 2: ‘I disagree. I think that immigration is fantastic, and all Muslims, immigrants and dark skinned people are more than wonderful. They bring only joy and happiness wherever they go. And I don’t just love the Labour Party, I adore it and thank all politically correct multicultural gods that they are governing us so well and bringing us so much much joy and happiness through unlimited immigration.’

Any other kind of debate is prohibited, and, rest assured, we will do whatever it takes to silence any dissent, by-passing the legal process if necessary. You have been warned: Put up or shut up. Tony B'Liar

Well, mate! Labour's certainly dun a god jub wiv yur literacy innit!

I bet when you read that deliberately mis-spelled and grammatically erroneous 'Edukashun' propaganda slogan by Labour, you didn't get the point.

And yea, sure, Blair needs to go. Sod the Public, when he upsets other Lefties, that's when he crossed the line!

Where there any arguments you intended to make?

The labour party had a good couple of years but they wasted money on the NHS concentrating on keeping waiting lists down which helped cause the MRSA problem.

Tony blair has loss all his credibilty with the public and media. The sort of thing that really annoys me about labour is the with issue like when they banned fox hunting not that im in favour of fox hunting but the use of the parliment act (suposed to be used for emergency) to bypass the house of lords its just pure bull **** and pretty much sums them up.

When Lefties want to do something for themselves, they put all the care in the world into it (fox hunting, further EU integration, the list goes on).

But when it comes to what we want, they kick their heels and try hard to get their own way in the end. Then use the BNP as a handy bogeyman for our ills.

That's why everything's a shambles.
