New posts not showing up as new (1 Viewer)

Why aren't new posts being shown as new when I click "New Posts"? Sometimes I go into "New Posts" and there is a list and then when I go in again later, the list is not the same. This happens even when I have not checked some of the posts. HELP!
 
This really isn't a bug, but more of an annoyance. There is a time (like 20 mins) of no activity then it marks all the posts as being read.

The next version of the forums will not have this issue - we will be upgrading when it's released.
 
That is a problem with my forum too...been waiting to upgrade, any idea when it comes out vauge?
 
3.5 Beta 3 is out now - if you don't have many hacks - try it.
It's pretty sweet.
