Hello, all!

I hope this place is alright, and that I'll get the lay of the land soon. Other forums that I used to visit became echo chambers with no diversity... except for a handful of people that didn't get the memo. How boring, am I right?

My main worry is that people don't do anything but argue about politics here. I think it's good to chat about other stuff going on, or debate silly stuff, that sort of thing.

Yeah, Avatar's one of my favorites. For a show targeting ten-year-olds, it really packs a wallop. Growing up on stuff like Avatar or Calvin and Hobbes, which tried to maintain their artistic integrity regardless of how much money they could've made if it was franchised to death, is something I find really inspiring. I love it when artists take risks, it just makes it so much more exciting for the rest of us.
