Presumably even Mayor Nagin will get the picture and get his ultra corrupt and exceedingly lazy police force to actually do their duty.
If being in his words (a Chocolate City) means that crime is unchecked, then I for one would not dream of setting up a business or even want to live there.

Additionally I think it disgusting after all the Federal money that is going to aid in the rebuild, that the city is seemingly incapable of protecting those citizens who live there.
If Nagin is incapable then he should resign and let someone who is capable take over the running of the City.
