You may have noticed the Gavels for ranks.

Now, this is the default if you wish not to be a member of the conservative, independent, or liberal/progressive usergroups.

If you are a member of one of the usergroups, and you wish to display the gavels instead - go into your "USER CP" under "Group Memberships" and set it to display as registered users.
