That's not the point of the OP.
It references Biden's expressed idea that police could aim for the legs when employing their weapons.

I think you may have misunderstood the target. It waa a direct reference to what Biden has said about shooting people in the leg, that's why the leg target is the Biden Target. It has nothing to do with killing anyone over any political differences it is simply a jab mocking something idiotic Biden said.
