Nevada Prosecutors Want to Jail People for Chalk Art

We don't need jail time for chalk artists. That's just ridiculous.

This continent's war on graffiti is just immature. Create graffiti spaces and support local artists, and people will stop "defacing" property.

I personally wish more of these dismal looking buildings had street art on them.
