It will never happen. All of the countries which are advanced enough to create that technology are dying societies. My remark about the birth rate is actually quite relevant to this topic. Without a dynamic young population a society will not have the resources to make any substantial breakthroughs. Men reach the equilibrium of where their energy meets their intelligence in their 40s. After their 50s they are pretty much in capable of the dynamics Thought needed to advance society.

I think they will happen, but there has to be some sort of major economic/political shift/crash before things turn around, because the world is overrun by big government progressive values right now.

They did not make peoples skin melt though. Those that died from acute exposure suffered real symptoms of radiation sickness, vomitting, blood from the eyes and other membranes (blood vessels burst), burns (not melting), system failures. This is stuff that those of us who work/worked in nuclear power actually have had to learn about.

The Netherlands say that without nuclear power, the renewable energy cant sustain the countries energy demands.
3 to 10 new nuclear power plants are sugegsted and construction must begin till 2025.
This brings Germany under pressure, since Germany faces the same problem. There is a gigantic energy problem and more wind farms wont close this. More and more people riot against new wind parks and block the construction.
Germany already has the highest energy costs in the world and it will be interesting where things go.

The Green Khmer party decided that a coal plant has to be shut down and the Bundesnetz Agency blocked it, because the energy grid in bavaria would collapse without that plant.
Just for information, the leader of the Green party in Germany Baerbock, life in TV said, that the energy is stored by "Goblins" in the energy grid.
In Germany too, more and more call for the renaissance of nuclear power. Germany with Siemens is leading in nuclear technology and we should walk that way again.

I don’t think any Germans today are responsible for the Second World War...however all sane people realise that the Nazi campaign, especially in the east, was the very definition of evil...just read up on the einsatzgruppen and you will no be able to argue that point.
