Netanyahu speaks to Sky News (1 Viewer)

The man is brilliant. :respekt:

Very cool piece.

What I wouldn't give for a guy of this caliber in American Politics.

Indeed. Silvio Berloskuny, the former Italian PM, offered Netanyahu couple of months ago to be the finance minister of Italy.

Lol, Netanyahu is a crackpot and that you even think its cool that he was offered the finance minister post in Italy by an even bigger crackpot is funny.

Don't bother, PeteEU has long been a terrorist apologist, and is a shining example of what is terribly wrong with European politics, and anti-Semites.

Netanyahu had his chance and he blew it big time. He is just trying to regain his old position. I saw the interview and I guess Sky News put it in there to not be seen as totaly anti Isreal. They after all have a watchdog to watch out for.

And I dont know why he or anyone would want to be associated with a politican like Silvio Berlusconi.. the most corrupt european politican for decades, a man that had to change laws in Italy to avoid being put on trial while in office and a man that has been prone to total irrational outbursts and comments over the years. The only plus about him was and is that he aint a communist, but then again he is almost a facists in many ways.. so I dont know what is better.

So I am a terrorist apologist and an anti-semite?

Show me where I ever have sided with terrorists or made any apology for thier actions? I have however tried to explain them and why terrorists are even being "born", but is that making appoligies for thier actions? Should the goal not be to prevent that terrorists even have a reason to do what they do? Or are you just fine in killing them and anyone around and so what if those actions along with the original actions/reasons breed more terrorists... we can just kill them also... and so the killing never stops and the hate never stops... great for the weapons manufactures I guess.

And as for anti-semite.. the good old mark painted on anyone that even remotely critizies Isreal. Why are we not allowed to be critical of Isreals policies and actions? We can be critical of arabs, blacks, chinese and so on, but as soon as we even slightly are critical of Isreal then we are anti-semites...

And wrong with European politics? And US politics is just fine and dandy and the right way to go?.. Hypocrite.

"Explain" is code word for apology whenever this discussion comes up. So often your examples, and others like you, always start with the Jewish state, this is the reason for the hatred, this could not be further from the truth. These disputes started a long time ago, and this hatred has been taught in Arab text books, and in religious settings for just as long. There simply is no explanation for this type of hatred, and the root cause, this can be traced back hundreds, if not thousands of years ago. Quite simply, this is about religious differences, and as we all know, neither is going to change their minds on this, no matter how many resolutions are passed, or people die. This will only end when these religions are shaped to better fit a 21st century society, until then, these cavemen will continue to die, and their followers with them.

I have seen many steps taken by Israel, I have yet to see a single step taken by the Arab world, other them allowing them to exist, this is hardly enough. I support Israel because of this, because they are a shining example of democracy in this region, and because I can't accept racism, in any form, no matter how one might try to "explain" it!
