Javelin is a lethal a game changer weapon easy to move can destroy armoured, tanks etc. One reason why Moscow tanks have not been invaded to Kiev are large stockpiles of these weapons seen in Kiev. Moscow knows that they will take heavy toll if they send any armored vehicle in that area. And more weapons are flooding to this area... That could be the reason why Moscowis avoiding this area and trying to hire "Syrian fighters" that can be sent to the city.
