Names of Italian towns in English and German and Italian language - what have you actively used yet?

Names of towns are not like names of persons.
The name of a certain person usually stays the same in any language - with few exceptions.
Names of towns may vary from language to language.

That said, I give 3 Italian towns as an example.

"Venezia" I have used, because ice cream shops are often called "Venezia" in Germany

2 x Rome, Venice, Venezia, Naples

3 out of 3 say: Venezia

And where are now those politically over-correct people who always claim things like:
"For me it is a point of honour to call every town and every country EXACTLY by the name that it is called be its own people!"

But when I asked them: "So you do not say Hungary, but Magyarorszag?" - I never got an answer!

Btw: What you know as Vienna in English, is Wien in German, Bécs in Hungarian, Vín in Icelandic - etc etc etc ....
