Here we go again, and yet, if the provisions of any agreement are not carried out by one side, why would the other side have to adhere to the agreement?
Quote from Link:
(A second state daily, Minju Joson, linked delays in the disablement process at Yongbyon to slow provision of international aid, echoing comments by an official last week.)

The North Koreans absolutely do not trust the West, the last time an agreement was reached, the West FAILED to deliver, perhaps something similar is once again happening?

Like North koreans know whats going on in the world they live in a slave state. Its very difficult to come to any agreement because all the aid we may send gets hijacked as the leaders great love for the people yet they invest money in an incredibly expensive weapons plan.

It's going to fail like it did with Clinton this shouldn't come as a surprise to people that they don't want to get rid of there weapons.

Kind of ironic hearing this news today after having to listen to Richardson brag about his negotiations with Koreans in the debate this weekend.

Have you ever heard so many people bragging about all they have done, yet, we have so many problems?
