In my opinion as long as both women are good looking and I'm allowed to watch I see nothing wrong with it. :-o

Even though I disagree with your post - it is quite funny. :p

Unfortunatly, this thread is being locked because it is not conducive to a debatable question or subject.

If God would have wanted "Adam & Adam" or "Eve & Eve" he would have created them. Plain and clear. :naughty

Sure seems to be a lot of homosexuals around. Or "Adam & Adam" and "Eve & Eve" as you put it. Or are you saying you know what God did and did not create? God created everyone else, but some how homosexuals came to be created without Gods assistance. Interesting.

Yes, as the "BIBLE" says, God created a MAN & a WOMAN, named ADAM & EVE. He did not create Adam & Adam or Eve & Eve, otherwise you and I and the rest of humanity would not be here. Adam & Adam or Eve & Eve can not, have not and will never create a life together. They call it ADOPTION and where do these little bambinos come from, from Adam & Eve. Get it. :p

If the Adam and Eve thing is true, then the human race is founded on incest, plus we would only have one blood type. Also didn't Adam and Eve have only two sons??

Gay Marriage doesn't affect me, so why should I be against it?

If God would've wanted computers, he (sic) would have created them. Plain and clear.
If God would've wanted CT scans, he (sic) would have created them. Plain and clear.
If God would've wanted democracies, he (sic) would have created them. Plain and clear.
If God would've wanted Japanese people, he (sic) would have created them. Plain and clear.

Obviously those things have happened, just not in the Bible. As such, your argument doesn't make sense. If God were omnipotent, omniscent, and omnipresent, he would've created the things He wanted and gotten rid of the things He didn't.

As for Adam and Eve. Let's talk about incest and its problems keep the gene pool purdy:
Interbreeding two families causes severe retardation, mutation and infertility. The problem increases with severity the more the inbreeding occurs.

"...full-sibling or parent-child incest results in about 17% child mortality and 25% child disability, for a combined result of about 42% nonviable offspring"
Donald Brown, 'Human Universals' pp123

The phenomenon of nonviable offspring from breeding between closely related family members is not limited to Humans, but to most life, especially amongst mammals and multicellular organisms:

"A study of 38 captive mammalian species found a cross-species average of around 33% offspring mortality resulting from closely incestuous matings"
Donald Brown, 'Human Universals' pp124

Moreover, Kookieq, you'll have to show us where in the Bible it says that God created only Adam and Eve. It's obvious that either He created more people and they just weren't mentioned or that the Bible is wrong. So, Adam and Eve begat Cain and Abel. Then, according to the Bible, Cain goes off to the land of Nod to be with his wife.
Genesis 4:16- And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. 4:17 And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he built a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
Wait. Where'd Cain's wife come from? (And if you offer incest, please let it be known that that's prohibited by verses in Leviticus).

Ok, how bout my take...

In the bible, the verse that is most commonly cited is the verse involving Sodom. When the Christians attacked the village, they raped the men and women, and then God became vengeful, evil, mirthful. After that, he condemned them...

Most interpret it as that he was against homosexuality, but indeed it is the people who wrote it (the jews) that offer a different interpretation. God was made not because they had gay man sex, but because they did not open their hearts and arms to the people of the village they conquered and were not being true to god's word.

My view is that the states will do what they do, and frankly, under their jurisdiction, they can ban gay marriage, as a few I think already have. While it may not be right in the long run, the states have that right and can exercise it until the Courts say otherwise.

In the constitution, it is based upon the idea of rule of the majority but not at the expense of the minority, and this can be put into effect here because banning gay marriage would essentially make them second-class citizens.

So, my take is that while states can reserve that right until courts say otherwise, homosexual marriage should be allowed.

Seeing as god doesn't exist, he should have no influence on the laws of the land, especially a land like yours where you "officially" have separation of church and state. Stop denying gays their rights and keep your religious crap in your church.

Here in France it's Adam and Yves. Much more aesthetically pleasing. That Eve was a dog. She'd shag anything for an apple. And that trick she could do with a serpent

But actually, under the constitution, Religion can have an influence on politics, no matter what people say. There just can't be entwinement or such excessive entanglement between government and religion.

I am agnostic and agree with you that the conventional god does not exist, but most people 90% or so in America do believe it so it is hard to tell them otherwise.

^Yes, its move towards secularism is increasing more and more each year, and started with the second industrial revolution. Actually inthis week's "Newsweek," there is an article about it and how people in micronasia, asia are increasing in numbers for Catholicism, but how everywhere else it is diminishing, very interesting article, checkit out.

My fellow Republican. Republicans are supposed to be moral leaders. Your message here is very inmoral. Being gay no matter what sex or physical features you have is a sin. So how can you call yourself a Republican ir you're inmoral?

Welcome!

Being gay is NOT a sin, although being a Republican might be!

Although I generally avoid nit-picking about people's grammar, spelling etc, are you sure it is satin that loves libs, or is it Satan?

And FYI I am not a "lib", I am a socialist.
