33,000 people die every year because of gun violence. It's easier to get a gun than it is a car. Ar-15's are being sold at Walmart. Something needs to be done this is my plan

1. Close the gun show loophole
there's no reason that just because weapons are being sold at a gun show that background checks shouldn't be required. This seems like common sense at this point.

2. Impose stricter background checks
People on the terror watch list shouldn't be able to purchase firearms. People with a history of mental health issues shouldn't be allowed to purchase firearms. It should be much more difficult to get a permit to purchase and carry a firearm from where I can obtain a permit in 22 states online.

3. Ban heavy assault weapons
This is my largest point. The only weapons that should be legal to own are 1. Handguns with a magazine capacity of 10 or less 2. That can hold 6 shells or less 3. single shot hunting riffles. There is no reason a private citizen needs an AR-15 heavy assault weapons are used for one purpose and one purpose only to kill and to kill efficiently they have no place in domestic America.

Those are my 3 main points for my gun control plans.
Your thoughts?

Asinine across the board!

1. There is no gun show loop hole...that's a conjob of the Left. Every gun show I have been to is manned by licensed FFL Dealers...who MUST do BGCs.....How many have you gone to?

2. You can't buy a gun on line and have it sent to your home or business, it must be mailed to a licensed FFL Dealer and a BGC done.

3. I doubt that you have ever been in the middle of a riot...am I right? I've been to 3 of them and if it wasn't for armed citizens aiding the police, a lot of cops would be dead.
Also, in the event of a major disaster, there will be no electricity, phone service, cell phone service, fuel, water, police or fire service. You will be on your own at the mercy of roving gangs, looters and crazies. Putting a limitation on what kind of firearms anyone can own, is asinine!

And..........................it's a Constitutional Right of Self Defense.

Where do you come up with this lunacy?

Walmart doesn't sell AR-15's and you cleary have no clue what the "gun show loophole" is. Hint: it has nothing to do with gun shows.

You exemplify why the gun control movement can be effectively ignored, you don't have a clue what you are talking about.

Your thoughts?

My thoughts is that you have absolutely no idea what the **** you are talking about or you are another dishonest anti-2nd amendment anti-American trash who continues to spew falsehoods about guns even after being informed about guns.
An AR-15 is a not a heavy assault weapon,Heck its not even an assault weapon. The people who call it an assault have no idea what the **** they are talking about. People who say AR-15s are only used for killing people have no idea what the **** they are talking about. The right to keep and bear arms is not a state granted privilege. So requiring people to get permits just to buy and carry is asinine and amounts to requiring permits for any other right. You can't buy a gun online and have it shipped to your home.It has to get shipped to a licensed dealer where a background check is performed. You should not lose your rights without due process. If you are too dangerous to be trusted with your constitutional rights then you should be too dangerous to be released into society. The gun show loop hool is just fiction spewed by anti-2nd amendment trash.

I don't think people OR guns should be controlled. However, I do think people should be held accountable for their actions.

So, I take it that means (at least in your eyes) gun control is more important than gun safety...

Haven't we seen this line of logic before? Like a hundred or so times.
Hint: This isn't your plan. We hear the same plan a couple of times a day. The President reads it off the teleprompter a couple of times a month.

It would be unconstitutional, so...

True. But a tyrannical government can strip people of their rights without due process or proof they have done wrong. Just ask the left. That is their solution to crime and criminal behavior. Holding the people who break the law accountable and leaving the law abiding alone is not acceptable.

People being accountable and responsible is a scary thought for too many unfortunately. Sounds like some kind of crazy conservative values we need to eliminate from the American people. Next they will want to secure our borders, enforce our laws, and punish criminals. Clearly the ravings of a lunatic.

Ummm, they cannot save the day under the current conditions, make it worse and we are doomed, well some are, some of us will be hanging on to our guns and ammo for that rainy day.
