But first a public service announcement from Barack Obama. “I now call on the Egyptian military to move quickly and responsibly to return full authority back to a democratically elected civilian government as soon as possible through an inclusive and transparent process, and to avoid any arbitrary arrests of President Morsi and his supporters.”

I’m not sure whether the arrests of these mass murderers would qualify as “arbitrary”. But going by the DOJ’s record, the answer is probably yes.

Armed to the teeth, hundreds of Islamists left a trail of destruction when they tried to pass through a normally quiet Cairo neighbourhood, only to be confronted by residents who tried to stop them reaching Tahrir Square.

“The Brotherhood attacked the area with all kinds of weapons,” said Mohammed Yehya, a resident who lost three of his friends in the mayhem.

The inhabitants of the Nile island neighbourhood reported seeing bearded Islamists armed with machineguns, machetes and sticks late on Friday before the deadly clashes broke out.

Residents say the attack began shortly after the Muslim Brotherhood’s supreme guide, Mohammed Badie, gave a fiery speech to Morsi supporters in Cairo’s Nasr City, which was broadcast live on television.

“The attack came minutes after Badie’s speech. They treated us like infidels. They were chanting ‘Allahu akbar’ (God is greatest) as they were shooting us,” said Ahmed Fattouh.

“The clashes started at 7:30 pm and continued until three in the morning. Their ammunition just didn’t run out. They are trying to terrorise us and take over the country,” said Khaled Tawfik.

And now another public service message from Barack Obama, America’s first democratically elected Muslim Brotherhood president.

The administration has urged the Egyptian military to stop using heavy-handed tactics against the Brotherhood, according to two U.S. officials who asked not to be identified commenting on private communications.

Of course This scenario has been played here by Obama many times. You know, when he gave orders to the leaders of unions to begin using violent tactics against Tea Partyers and people attending Town Hall meetings. The end was that Obama's DHS now claims the Tea Party, their members, veteran's, and religious groups as terrorists. When the opposite is true.

You're crazy if you believe the Obama administration hasn't supported the ousting of the Muslim Brotherhood. Of course they are publicly calling for the re-institution of a Democratic government...you notice they aren't calling for the re-institution of the Muslim brotherhood?

This is just bit of Islamophobia and does not deserve to be in US partisan politics.
