Wrong as usual. Calling the Crimean War a “victory” is a massive stretch; the “victors” gained nothing out of it.

Russia reconquered almost everything it had lost within five years of the Treaty of Brets Litovsk.

All of which would proceed to be smashed by the Soviets within the next twenty years.

Claiming China “won” in 1969 is likewise wrong, the result of the 1969 skirmishes was a stalemate and the issue with resolved via diplomacy.

Considering the Afghan puppet state they set up far outlasted the one we created, it’s as much a defeat as our own war in Afghanistan was.

Considering they proceeded to force Chechnya back under their control calling it a “defeat” is feeble.
