Mueller has McCabe memos documenting conversations with Trump

Predict whaat would happen? If you think Andy was going to sit on these memos if he was able to keep his pension then Andy is as corrupt as he seems to be.

She's saying that Trump is an idiot for not being able to know by now that FBI agents are taking contemporaneous notes about their meetings with him. You'd think Comey would have been enough to teach him the lesson, but apparently Trump is a slow learner. Hell, you'd also think he would have learned how to avoid legally imperiling himself by now, but he did that in the last 24 hours alone on Twitter.

I've got to say: he knows how to talk to his supporters, but he sure sucks at everything else.

Everyone is guessing at this point, but where do you think the leak came from if not McCabe? Why was McCabe booted from the FBI a couple months ago? The only real issue here is the loss of the pension. Absolutely nothing else has happened. His firing a day before he retired impacts him and him alone. It does nothing to Trump or any investigation

Its the Peter Stroker and Lisa Page FBI bunk buddies sexting messages that suggest All three had better get some high priced criminal lawyers.

Damn Damn Damn! Hillary was supposed to win, the voters would all still be in the dark if Trump had not brought her down.

McCabe was already booted from the FBI. Why? Oh thats right, you dont care why. You just want to make this about Trump and ignore Andys bad behavior

No, it just doesn't matter why he was booted out anymore. That's the part you don't get. If the investigation into McCabe was motivated by malevolence and a President that's supposed to respect the boundaries between the WH and the DOJ, then literally everything about the process for removing McCabe now hangs under a permanent cloud of suspicion.

If you know the cops beat a signed confession out of a suspect, all of the other evidence is immediately in doubt as well. The suspect could be the guiltiest human being on earth and it wouldn't even matter. If McCabe sues for wrongful termination he would win in a New York minute.

So McCabe isnt corrupt, the IG and his team are. Got it. You guys are circling the wagons on one of your corrupt own.

We dont know what conversations Trump had with McCabe or what any McCabe memos say.

As with the firing of James Comey, it seems likely that President Dennison will also regret firing Andrew McCabe.

More to the point, Trump is corrupt, and his repeated violations of the wall between the WH and the DOJ, which itself oversees the IG, has poisoned the process. Therefore McCabe's removal can no longer be trusted to have been conducted honestly. Do you get it, yet?

If it came out in court that a suspect's signed confession had been beaten out of him by the cops, are you capable of grasping how that fact would poison the evidence at the trial?

McCabe didn't take contemporaneous notes because he and Trump talked about the weather. If you believe that then I've got a great used car to sell you.

If you have evidence that Trump has corrupted the IG investigation, lay it out there.

What did they talk about and when?

We don't know what the IG report says either but you are citing partially leaked info about that.

Well, we do know that McCabe was booted from the FBI based on the IG investigation. Now he was canned based upon that evidence. Clearly, he did something wrong, no?

LOL!

tell it to mccabe

or, as pete and lisa know him, "andy"

why did contreras recuse himself from flynn?

We don't know what the IG report says

well, we sure as heck know it doesn't call mccabe a boy scout

LOL!

and did you hear what "andy" said was in that report?

ouch

every word andy says from now on is seen thru the filter of a perp bidding for his freedom

a criminal charge against chris steele for lying to the fbi is now inevitable

a thousand things will follow

it's gonna go on forever

hey, we all LOVE this stuff, it's why we're here!

party!

on!!!

why did comey leak classified memos to nyt?

on 1-6-17, susan rice famously selfied herself that self-justification memo (she actually wrote in on 1-20-17 at 12:30pm, her last act as UN ambassador, but it was an effort to record the meeting on 1-6)

on 1-6-17, when hussein obama was briefed about the fake dossier, why when he asked his intel advisers to leave so he could talk to his politicos yates, rice and biden alone

why was comey asked to stay?

Comey will have plenty of time to put the final touches on his work while in jail, leaking to the press is a crime, he was not a free agent when his boss, the President, questioned him.

I can see Comey being charged with wrongdoing only if a second special counsel is appointed to investigate all this crap. There is no one in government that can even issue Comey a subpoena because he is no longer working for the government. Same goes for McCabe and every other schmuck whose name has come up who quietly retired, left with the previous administration, was fired..... now a special counsel he can drag anyone's ass in by subpoena if evidence warrants. Comey, McCabe, Clapper, Brennan, Carter Ashe, Rice, and other members of Obama's security counsel, several members of Comey's FBI who are no longer there would take a special counsel to do so and that is why Graham and Grassley have asked that a special counsel be appointed. They have uncovered wrong doing but they don't have the power to indict anyone.

Do we really? I want to see the wording.

Who told you there was "a wall" between our top executive and the justice department he manages?

Who do they report to? Themselves?

Fat chance, you people are seriously misinformed, who feeds you this crap anyway?

MSNBC ? CNN? The rest of the fake media?

A subpoena can be issued to anyone who is still alive, possibly dead too, although they probably wont show up.

McCabe's memos? Lol, I'm sure they're not tainted with political bias at all.

Might as well let the DNC write them.

Who told you there was "a wall" between our top executive and the justice department he manages?
....snip....

....uh.....the Constitution of the United States?

And the President does not "Manage" our Justice Dept.....we have another person for that....ON PURPOSE.

That's not really true when you are dealing with government employees. Congress and IG's have the power to investigate wrong doing of government officials but they have no subpoena power. Their findings are turned over to the AG with recommendations. What makes this case so unique is the FBI and DOJ who are under scrutiny during the Obama administration can not police themselves. At that point the AG determines if the case warrants calling a special counsel who does have the power to subpoena individuals those who have retired from government, fired, or retired, or left at the end of the previous administration, then possibly grand juries convened and if they meet the threshold then indicted.
