On 4.13.2006 a Moderator Perma-ban Hearing (MPH) was initiated by Moderator shuamort against the Member 'Alias'. Per the MPH Addendum to our Forum Rules, shuamort was thus the 'Original Moderator'. After presenting the evidence in Post #1 of the thread 'MPH for Alias' in the Moderator Forum, the Original Moderator (shuamort) was recused from further participation.

Per the MPH Addendum to our Forum Rules, the accused can send a PM to the Moderator Team in regards to an MPH to:

a) Attempt to prove total innocence.
b) Attempt to convince that this violation does not merit a perma-ban.
c) Admit the violation and plead for leniency.

This is the MPH PM from Alias re the charges in Post #1 above:

After reviewing and discussing the evidence presented and the PM response from Alias, the Mod Team voted thus:

Yes: Perma-ban = 10
No: Perma-ban/Suspension = 0
Yes: Suspension only = 2
Undecided: = 0

According to the bylaws incorporated in the MPH Addendum of our Forum Rules, the Moderator Team has Perma-banned Alias from Debate Politics.
