China is happy to buy lots of super cheap Moscow gas and oil. They also will gladly sell Moscow anything they want, within certain limits that do not upset relations with other trading partners. in the same time, Han- China wants back its Siberian colonies so China is by no means a trusted ally for Moscow empire...
