Not too shabby. KSA will be able to help a lot, although perhaps not directly addressing any of Morsy's 100 day plan.

Morsy to renew the Brotherhood-Saudi relationship

 So Mursi is going to trade Egypt's willingness to be part of the Anti-Iranian Arab Bloc in return for economic aid, hoping that that will prop up Egypts' rentier economy long enough for civilian governance to gain institutional strength. In the meantime, Islamists continue to control 70% of the Parliament, and the "Third Current" remains inchoate, leaderless, and ineffective, and now outflanked by a political alliance with a Kingdom determined to see that this "Arab Spring" nonsense spreads no further.

It's a positive development because many observers feared that Egypt could fall into the Iranian camp after the Islamist takeover but Morsi made it clear that the nation is making a peaceful transition to democracy. Morsi is considered a moderate and he was an Assistant Professor at California State University in the 1980s and he knows how democracy works but he has to deal with Islamist hard-liners in his own party.

Yes, exactly. Are you still thinking western liberal democracy should be the right fit? jarhead...

Watch for indicators that Muslim Brotherhood and Christian Brotherhood get together....

(and I think Egypt will legalize Luxor hash, so who's liberal now.. )
