Sabateen, a 47-year-old widow, mother of six and math teacher, died from her wounds after being shot in the legs by Israeli forces near a temporary military checkpoint in the village on Sunday after the Israeli army said she didn’t heed verbal warnings and ran toward them as they fired warning shots in the air. She was unarmed, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

But Sabateen was mostly blind, her family said. They believe she ran towards the soldiers because she got confused and panicked after the warning shots. Her children, including 14-year-old Jamila, say she was a woman “full of love and kindness” who always tried to stay out of conflict.

Her six children, who range from 11 to 22 years old, looked dumbfounded as they sat in the formal living room of their grandparents’ house, their family members speaking through tears.

Thing is, where is one right-winger, one support of Israel's occupation, here to show any care lifting a finger to post? Not giving a crap is where they are. But boy are they demanding about anything they think bothers them. Wear a mask? Tyranny! It's despicable. I don't blame the soldiers here so much as the government and supporters of the occupation. What an incredible needless tragedy. Putin would be proud. That's who they resemble.

This criticism is clearly valid and carries tremendous weight when we recall how passionately you and many others weighed in to condemn the spate of Arab attacks against Israelis, as for instance in the recent thread on this forum. Just look at all those posts filled with grief and condolences for the Israeli victims and anger against the hardline separatists, proving beyond doubt that Craig is not the type of person to cynically exploit the tragedies of conflict in the name of petty partisan point-scoring!

Oh, wait...
