So two guys go down to see the BLM demonstration in Austin. In their car, they rush at the demonstrators, tires squealing. They miss everyone, but they hid a barrier which stopped them.
One of the demonstrators a man by the name of Foster, approaches the car. He's carrying an AR47. He has it aimed away from the car.
The two guys in the car open fire on Foster, killing him.
The two guys call 911. The cops let them go.

I think the only thing that would've saved Foster that night is if he wasn't armed.

while some witnesses have said Foster did not.
They didn't have no cause to shoot him, if he was aiming at them.
Just because an armed man approaches someone, and is shot dead, that's justifiable homicide?

Looks like a justified shooting from what they are reporting here in Texas. Sad and easily avoided, don't bring long guns to a peaceful protest and definitely don't point at anyone if you do, especially in a State where many of us have carry permits.
Swing, you can be armed and still not have any brains(LOL)
Witnesses say he wasn't pointing the gun at the shooters.
There's no video of it, I guess.

"DailyMail.com previously unearthed disturbing social media posts which paint a troubling picture of the 33-year-old career soldier.
The fervent Trump supporter wrote about 'deadly force' against 'the mobs' and posted online about how to kill someone with a firearm just last month.

DailyMail.com visited Perry's rundown apartment in Killeen, Texas - a short distance from the massive Fort Hood Army post where he serves.
Neighbors said they hadn't seen Perry in a couple of days but a pair of muddy field boots were sat outside his door and a slip from his landlord notifying him his rent was due was posted outside.
.
According to court records Perry was arrested and charged with 'assault causes actual bodily injury' on a family member in November, 2005.
Perry was slapped with 15 months community supervision over the misdemeanor offense, following which the charge was dismissed.
Also in a foreshadowing of the shooting last Saturday, the soldier's social media posts make for uncomfortable reading.
Perry tweeted about using 'deadly force' against 'the mobs' two years ago and was even posting online about how to kill someone with a firearm just last month.
Replying to a tweet by conservative talk show host Michael Savage in October 2018, the US Army officer wrote: 'My greatest fear is when the mobs attack an armed individual doesn't matter if the person is left or the person is right and that deadly force is used resulting in either extreme mass hysteria or the mobs stopping.'
Replying to a now-deleted tweet by user 'Breaking911' on June 3 this year, Perry wrote about killing someone with a firearm.
'F**k that s**t you shoot center of mass,' he wrote. '1 it is a bigger target. 2 it still drops them. 3 even if you shoot them in the leg there is a major artery that will cause the person to bleed out in just a few minutes.'
A month earlier he tweeted at the same user saying 'Now is the time to take up arms and protect yourselves against violence.'..."
A racist, RW psychopath. He absolutely needs to go to jail for the rest of his life.

Makes you wonder if he drove down to the demonstration hoping for a chance to kill someone.

Not brandishing the rifle toward the car, or heck, not marching down the middle of the street at all, might have all have saved him too. The driver was totally in the wrong, but that doesn't mean the victim wasn't an idiot.
Yes, he was in the wrong and looking to shoot somebody
It is as clear a case of murder as you'll ever see.
Not really. If you really think that, then you don't know anything about clear cases or the concept of murder.
So we've got previously declared intent
Video shows his car was NOT surrounded
He had no reason to be there, ie: his presence was pre-meditated
That is enough for an arrest right there.

It is truly sad how BLM cultists can be so brainwashed they miss obvious realities. :roll:So two guys go down to see the BLM demonstration in Austin. In their car, they rush at the demonstrators, tires squealing. They miss everyone, but they hid a barrier which stopped them.

No we don't.
Yes they do.
It's a public street. What more reason does he need? And he has already given a specific reason to be there.
"Arrest" and "murder" are not the same thing. It's quite possible he could be charged for reckless driving and failing to yield to pedestrians, but for the shooting to be deemed justified by the fact that he was threatened by a man brandishing a rifle in the middle of an angry mob.
See post #13Where did you do you legal training
After it sped into a crowd, not before. It wasn't trying to get away from a crowd surrounding it:
Yeah, his social media posts say what his intentions were
So carrying a rifle make you a legitimate target now ?
Murder charges are totally justified in this case.
