More Muslims Arrive in U.S., After 9/11 Dip (1 Viewer)

My question would be how many of those 40,000 immigrants last year were easily identifiable refugees or those that are clearly identifiable and how many were relative unknowns? In all those Moslems countries are a mix of ethinic and religious minorities. I would not complain if Christian minorities under oppression were allowed to immigrate here. But I suspect the do gooder, let everyone come here regardless immigration proponents often in charge of the immigration machinery at the peon level are letting in numbers of the un-verifiable types that maybe are just asked a few simple questions that cannot be verified. Of course the problem with that is any extremist radical fundamentalist Moslems can easily play that game with a straight face to gain entrance to our nation and then lay low as moles.

I would be for our USA nation to severely inhibit immigration under rigid guidelines from nations that were identified as countries where significant numbers of groups and individuals had evil intentions with the US. That would likely result in some numbers of peaceful good people that are not in a position to show their positive backgrounds that would also be denied immigration simply because they are unverifiable. But that is the price that needs to be paid lest we are a bunch of fools? David
