More evidence flynn is innocent and stzock and mccabe lied.

You are misinformed. There is nothing besides his shit attorney claiming that and therefore you will not find anything official stating that either.
Wrong.
He is as well.

Then he committed perjury in open court, who coerced him to do that instead of telling the judge his guilty plea was coerced?
I see you do not understand how coercion works.
That is on you.

The court order was issued after prosecutors admitted accidently altered documents -- notes written by former FBI agent Peter Strzok and former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe -- were used.

“The government has acknowledged that altered FBI records have been produced by the government and filed on the record in this case,” noted Judge Emmet Sullivan

The order from Sullivan comes as the government again requested the judge dismiss the criminal case against Flynn, a move Sullivan has so far resisted.

this is easy they say the evidence is not true and go arrest mccabe and stzok on multiple charges.
Let us know when charges drop or flynn is exonerated. Until then zzzzzzz.

Like all innocent people do.

lol
I think flynn is guilty as sin but innocent people do plead guilty if they think they would lose in a trial. Prosecutors win like 90% of cases or something. Pretty sad the way our criminal justice system is.

I do not know who informed you, but pleas still get made under coercion regradless of any oath requirement.
So while it may be difficult to cross, it is not impossible. And no one should stand in the way of it when the prosecution decides not to continue the case.
Until Barr provides the Judge with a rational for the DOJ position the Judge has a perfect right to stand his ground. So far all Barr has come up with is gibberish and the original "prosecutors" left the case in protest of the "new" DOJ position. Not surprised Barr is struggling. He is not much of a trial attorney.

Wrong. The Judge is currently overstepping his authority by appointing a prosecutor.

It seems nobody is left at DOJ that can argue before the court. Also not a surprise at this point. I guess the alternative would be to just sentence Flynn against his guilty plea.

You are misstating what is already known.
He has tried to withdraw his plea and the prosecution then withdrew.
That is not how it works, hence why the Judge’s actions and requests have been done thus far. When Flynn plead guilty two separate times in open court he was asked (like all persons in court) if they were coerced and if he fully understands what happens once pleading guilty, both times Flynn said he understood. Did Flynn commit perjury? You canhave it bit ways.

If your statement were true the Judge would not be able to do what he is currently doing.

May I remind you, you are taking up the argument of literally the world's worst people, in every civic / civil category, considering where we were on the morning of January 20, 2017, vs where we "find ourselves", now!

Trumpism is Brazil's Bolsinaro on steroids.

He got new counsel and submitted a plea withdrawal.
The DOJ agrees.

Yes, that is how it works.

No, not necessarily.

Is that what you think? That's nice.

No, not necessarily.
That is not how it works. So Flynn committed perjury. You are arguing the Judge who Flynn’s attorney TRIED to have removed and failed is out of line?

No, it's not what I think, it is what is obvious to all who do not find Trump irresistible.

White House claims to have “ended” COVID-19 pandemic as infections surge
White House claims to have “ended” COVID-19 pandemic as infections surge. Third wave of coronavirus in US appears worse than the previous ...

"The White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) has included “ending the COVID-19 pandemic” as among its accomplishments in the last four years under President Donald Trump, even as a third wave of coronavirus infections pushed new daily infection rates to record heights.

In the section highlighting the OSTP’s accomplishments, the White House says that “from the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Administration has taken decisive actions to engage scientists and health professionals in academia, industry, and government to understand, treat, and defeat the disease.”

The claim builds on what President Trump himself has sought to portray as the end of the pandemic, as he said he US was “rounding the turn”.

“Until November 4th., Fake News Media is going full on Covid, Covid, Covid. We are rounding the turn. 99.9%,” Trump tweeted on Tuesday.

Trump’s comments sparked renewed scepticism from Democrat..."

Sad.

concession noted dismissed.
😂

You clearly don't understand what the articles you yourself posted are actually saying. What hasn't been dismissed is Flynn’s case, not because McCabe or Strzok lied, but because Barr's crony prosecutor, who tried to drop the case on Flynn’s behalf, tried to do so by misrepresenting their evidence to Sullivan. So actually the opposite of what you're claiming. 😂
