Oh dear, the poor diddums does not like being teased about the size of his ears.
And he expects to get through an assault course running for President of the US, not unless he turns remarks like that Io his advantage.
He could indeed should have said something akin to 'All the better to hear what people are concerned about'.
But no, he prefers to view the remark as an insult, then goes on to tell the reporter ' I am putting you on notice', what a complete and utter prick!
Is he the best the democrats can come up with? if so I think I prefer Bushy.

I would like to hear from all the folks who love to post Bushisms and laugh at his syntax errors and mis-speaks. This is the same thing, essentially.

I disagree, Bush's syntax and mis-speaks are by no means a physical fact.

I rather think that the size of Mr. Obama's ears will be the subject of many a satyrical cartoon.

Bush never remarked when his mis-spoken words or his syntax was reported, he certainly never 'Gave notice', whatever that is supposed to mean, to a reporter who pointed out Bush's mangled attempts to speak the English Language.

I think ODUMBO a funny but very descriptive name.

Perhaps he may have the common sense to simply ignore it all, but somehow I doubt that.

Let the games begin. Ossama ain't seen NOTHING yet.

Frankly, any discussion regarding a physical characteristic is really pathetic. I can't blame him for saying something. Yes, he could ignore it, but I find it utterly shameful that a physical characteristic is a topic of conversation. What does that have to do with someone's character? My guess is that Obama sees the discussion about his ears to be absolutely ridiculous. It's beneath him (and anyone who has any level of maturity).

Like the comments on Abe Lincoln's appearance, in 1860, and 100 years later when those listening to the Nixon, Kennedy, debate said Nixon won, but those who viewed felt Kennedy was the victor. Appearance DOES matter to voters.

What the hell does it mean to put someone on notice??? As if she makes another remark about his ears, he will do something?? Like what??

now if Vladimir Putin puts you on notice, you got something to worry about.

Seriously though I do want to know what that means.

It matters to voters who don't understand the more important issues.

Maybe he will get his 'Palace Guard' of Collipso Louie, and friends, to do a Malcolm X on him.

Gee you must be from California. The rest of us just get a voter registration card. Looks like you get the "important issues" card.

Well we never said it matters to voters who actually care about other important matters, it just matters to some voters, which is pretty sad.

I think Obama is already regarded, by those who do this sort of regarding, as a pretty handsome fellow. He won't have to worry about his appearance losing him an election to McCain or a primary to Richardson.

Well write a letter to the New York Times and complain, but he has shown he is thin skinned. Afraid he is becoming a pre-madonna and will not survive a hard campaign.

He has to worry about his pre-maddona attitude. He is untested and is going around having his ego stroked. It could go to his head and destroy any chance he has. Too bad for him. He should have resisted the push to get him into the national spot light when he really has nothing to say about anything other than "everybody loves me".

The Obama groupies will attack her? I think this is all starting to go to his head. Look at how smug and "everybody loves me" he looks on stage these days.

Well everybody loves me translates into massive votes.

That'd be no fun.The story will be spun so much by the time it makes to to page...8,9 or 10 cuz god forbid something bad about Dems. on on the front page, it wont even be the same story.

If 'Mr. Oprah' can't handle cracks about his ears, wait till they hit his race, religion, name, or lack of ANY experience. He will fold faster than a cheap suitcase.

The translation gets lost the closer we get to going into the voting booth. He will stumble if he lets his ego get in the way.

Why would anyone attack Obama for his religion?

On a side note, if Obama wins the nomination, why do I just KNOW that the GOP will use Obama's middle name in everything just to scare people?

I can already see the republican cheerleaders on fox going : "We're not saying you're a terrorists but how do we know you're not a terrorist?"

It's inevitable. People wont be able to find any flaws related to his work and will attack him as a person.

Take that to the mid-west, or south, and see how popular it is. AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.

Because apparently you're one of those psychics on the board that can predict the GOP's future moves.
