EMPLOYMENT AND RETRAINING
Unemployment is one of the most important components of a market economy. And one of the first problems to be solved. Now the talkers in the high stands are constantly expressing their" concern " about unemployment, but in fact it is necessary for the ruling class to bring down the price of labor and ensure their own super-profits.
We are interested in excess profits only from the point of view of the possibility of their elimination through fair distribution among all participants in the labor process.
Our main interest is to provide benefits to our country, and first of all to those who create these benefits. To do this, it will be necessary to develop a full-cycle production: from mining or processing a virgin field, to the final product, whether it is an industrial robot, a washing machine, or high-quality food on the counter and in the dining room.
In such conditions, the problem of unemployment will be removed by itself. There will be an opposite situation – a lack of labor resources for the implementation of such large-scale tasks.
In addition to the obvious unemployment, the market has created another problem – a large amount of "canned" labor resources. The most striking examples are: low-skilled office workers; employees of private security companies; all sorts of "salesmen"– from people handing out business cards or "working" as walking stands for advertising posters, and to a variety of "sales managers".
Most of them are able-bodied people excluded by the market from the productive labor process, serving to legalize the redistribution of income in favor of recipients of superprofits. In the new economic and political conditions, the need for such "professions" will disappear. This means that a large labor resource will be released.
The main problem will be that many of the "canned" in the office and "sales" do not have the professional education necessary for inclusion in production activities. Therefore, mass retraining courses for professions in demand by the new economy will be launched as soon as possible for everyone.
The same applies to a large army of officials, as well as employees of the bloated apparatus of law enforcement agencies.
Everyone who wants to work will get a job that benefits society
