More sour grapes? That seems to be your weird standard if you're not outright lying about bb guns.
"Any one may so arrange his affairs that his taxes shall be as low as possible; he is not bound to choose that pattern which will best pay the Treasury; there is not even a patriotic duty to increase one's taxes."
-- Justice Learned Hand, Gregory v. Helvering, 69 F.2d 809, 810 (2d Cir. 1934)
your failure to understand the topic in question is not my issue it is yours.
on another page I posted the article that said it wasn't a bb gun but an airsoft gun which by FEDERAL RULES has to have an orange tip.
Although airsoft guns in the United States are generally sold with a 6mm (0.24in.) or longer orange tip on the barrel in order to distinguish them from real firearms, this is not required by federal law.
If she hasn't said what she'd do yet, then I didn't miss anything.
Why are you so reluctant to quote Mitt Romney directly yet swallow whatever some third party tells you?He insulted "low income earners". Making minimum wage doesn't mean they don't work hard enough. Stats show that most low income earners tend to be young single mothers.

Working full time and raising a family alone has to be one of the hardest jobs on earth, imo. The last thing they need is some pompous ass in the WH making their lives harder. Besides, Romney doesn't believe single mothers should be raising kids at all and has blamed them for everything under the sun, including gun violence....
Romney on gun control at the presidential debate: Ladies, please stop having babies out of wedlock.
And when he was Bishop of his ward he tried to bully a young single woman into giving up her baby for adoption and threatened to excommunicate her if she didn't.....
"...Hayes was deeply insulted. She told him she would never surrender her child. Sure, her life wasn’t exactly the picture of Rockwellian harmony, but she felt she was on a path to stability. In that moment, she also felt intimidated. Here was Romney, who held great power as her church leader and was the head of a wealthy, prominent Belmont family, sitting in her gritty apartment making grave demands. “And then he says, ‘Well, this is what the church wants you to do, and if you don’t, then you could be excommunicated for failing to follow the leadership of the church,’ ” Hayes recalled. It was a serious threat. At that point Hayes still valued her place within the Mormon Church. “This is not playing around,” she said. “This is not like ‘You don’t get to take Communion.’ This is like ‘You will not be saved. You will never see the face of God.’ ” Romney would later deny that he had threatened Hayes with excommunication, but Hayes said his message was crystal clear: “Give up your son or give up your God.” ...read..."

Of course they have taxes taken off of their paychecks, but then when they file their Federal Income Tax return, they get back more than they paid in, so they end up not paying any federal income tax. I know one person who had $3000 federal income tax deducted from their pay last year, then when they filed their federal return, they got a $7000 refund. There are many people like that, and most are dependent on receiving that refund. That's not being insulting, it's true.

I guess she could talk about her accomplishments as SS. Oh, wait, she can't because she doesn't have any.
How long are liberals going to keep pretending that people in minimum wage jobs are hard workers?
Really? Are you sure you were listening to Madame President er uh, Hillary Clinton and not some FoxNews regurgitated version? Because so far I've only heard her talk about voting rights, paid family leave", minimum wage, mandatory pre-schooling, women's healthcare, her mother and praise her husband and Obama. Oh and she said she was fighter and compared herself to FDR. lol But to my knowledge she's hardly said a word about the bevy of GOP clowns that are 50 points behind her in the polls. :2razz:
Well, I can't say that they aren't hard workers, I know that I worked my ass off when I was a dishwasher. They just aren't doing skilled work. They're doing jobs that literally anyone can do with no skill or experience.

According to the objections I saw, he insulted people who didn't pay income tax...seniors and children. Children weren't voting and I believe he still won the senior vote.
Not sure what the single mothers thing had to do with his 47% statement?
Over half the minimum wage earners are single moms living at or below the poverty level and therefore don't pay income taxes. The rest are mostly tax breaks for seniors and children.
"..."For example, a couple with two children earning less than $26,400 will pay no federal income tax this year because their $11,600 standard deduction and four exemptions of $3,700 each reduce their taxable income to zero," Roberton Williams, a scholar with the Tax Policy Center, wrote last year. "The basic structure of the income tax simply exempts subsistence levels of income from tax."
The remaining Americans who owe no federal income taxes are benefiting from tax breaks, the center found.....

I would think seniors would not vote for Romney for fear of losing their SS and medicare.
Most politicians have speech writers. To use that as a reason not to vote for her is...is..is stupid beyond the pale.Probably doesnt want to piss off whomever will go against her in the debates...and slaughter her since she cant talk without a speech written by someone else in front of her
What an ugly sexist thing to say.Hillary is the fakest bitch in the history of the world. Pam Andersons tits are more real that Hillary Clinton.
Even when it is the pot calling the kettle black? You must be kidding. Romney bought an elevator for his cars.
Seniors went pretty heavily for Romney, somewhere around 60%. They don't just vote on Social Security and Medicare, and most of them are probably astute enough to know that no President can take away either one of those things anyway. This isn't a dictatorship.
Like when Leno made comments about Romney.....I am betting that Leno has as much if not more....I don't. Bt the people that can afford one should not tell others they are too rich.
I dunno about that. I heard the new trade deal includes money taken from Medicare to pay for the retraining of people who lose their jobs due to the trade deal. I don't know how many people that would be but I think it would be detrimental and not what I paid into Medicare for.
I don't think I'm going to get Medicare no matter what. I think they'll end up means testing it sooner rather than later, and we'll be told we have too much money. I've been paying into it my entire adult life. An opt out would be nice.
But back to Mitt and the seniors. They didn't think he could do away with either program at the flip of the pen. I don't believe even Obama can do it, or any President. I think 3 things are here to stay forever - abortion, Medicare/Medicaid, and Social Security, no matter how much they offend some people.
Well, I hope you're wrong about that....I don't think I'm going to get Medicare no matter what. I think they'll end up means testing it sooner rather than later, and we'll be told we have too much money. I've been paying into it my entire adult life. An opt out would be nice.

I would love to have all of the money that I have paid into Social Security and Medicare given back to me right now in one lump sum, I don't even care about the interest, just dollar for dollar. I know for a fact that I can do much better with it and grow it than the Federal Government is doing, or more like, isn't doing.
Well, I hope you're wrong about that....
...and I hope you're right about that.
I'd love to wake up tomorrow morning while my husband's away on business and find Brad Pitt in my bed. There's a better chance of that happening that Uncle Sam giving us back what we paid in.
