Pass Constitutional Carry, ‘Stand Your Ground’ Bill

Despite the best efforts of anti-gun New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Missouri state lawmakers passed a bill yesterday that creates a “stand-your-ground” statute and allows Missouri residents to carry a concealed firearm without a permit.

Its sad when more laws have to be created to re-enforce rights the constitution already gives you. But at the same time I support those additional laws because judges can not be trusted to uphold the 2nd amendment. it also ensures that since people have easier access to their rights then those people will most likely defend those rights then say someone who doesn't exercise those rights.

Agreed!

One day hopefully all states will be "Constitutional" carry.
