Missile defense system fails again

This is not good. Our missile defense system has failed again and we are dangerously close to starting another war with North Korea. We better start spending more money on our system instead of spending money on these other rediculous stuff like marriage counseling.

It just another 8 billion dollars down the toilet. We need to spend our money on things we know will work.
