depends on the western sanction on Moscow , if Moscow ´d punish with the oil - gas sanctions it will stop support of L. dictatorship very fast , With cost of “black gold” at 15-23 dollars per barrel, the USSR economy collapsed, and the sovok itself collapsed, and the "golden" horde ("russia") budget can only be fulfilled only with oil price at $ 42.4 and higher

There is no "golden horde" budget. The Golden Horde was beaten down by the Russians hundreds of years ago.

The secret police thugs must want to keep their identities secret for a reason. Perhaps they know they will be marked men in their own neighborhoods should their faces become known. They have reason to fear from their countrymen and women. What a way to earn a living.
