A driver behind the car caught the incident on dashcam footage.

A Minnesota mother is facing a child endangerment charge Friday after her toddler fell from the back of her car still strapped into a car seat.

Maimuna Hassan, 40, was charged with gross misdemeanor child endangerment, according to a criminal complaint filed in the Blue Earth County District Court.
Not something you see every day. The rear door might not have been secure but the child seat was not installed correctly in the car. It was not fastened to the seat belts.

Dash cams are getting to be very popular. I did some online investigating & could not identify one that was 100% satisfactory.
