A Canadian climate denier think tank now have to apologize for their disinformation and personal attacks.

"In 2011, renowned scientist Michael E. Mann sued a Canadian think tank that published an interview suggesting his work on climate change was fraud.

Eight years later, the Winnipeg-based Frontier Centre for Public Policy — which often promotes climate change denial — apologized Friday and wiped the inflammatory interview from its website.

"(The apology) gives me faith in our legal system that truth can still win out, even in an era of 'fake news' and 'alternative facts,'" Mann said in an email to National Observer."

I guess these courts are a part of wicked Hussein Obama's Deep State™ conspiracy.

...along with the US DoJ, the USIC, the US diplomatic corp, and the US military.

It's like there's nowhere that wicked Hussein Obama's Deep State™ corruption did not touch.

For the record, after reading Michael Mann over the years I would have to conclude that calling him a fraud would be giving him too much credit. To be a fraud you have to at least know what the truth is...

It doesn't look like there is a judgement to link to. Presumably the FCPP settled because they saw that the judgement was likely to go against them. Here is the letter they published as part of the settlement:

Year, would that be the co defendants who chose to run away because they considered the cost of the court case higher than their principals? Unlike the Steyn guy who is very slowly winning his case.

Swedish school system consists of the first nine years and then the last three years before college. There Greta Thunberg graduated from the first nine years with very good grades. Disproving the deniers that claimed that she didn't care about school and/or that she would fail in school. Also personal atacks like that ones from the deniers show how low they are willing to go.
 

So she has yet to graduate high school then, since she has another 3 years to go.
 
The fossil fuel companies have operations all across the world so they could easily discovered if there was something fishy with the reports about the rising global temperature and funded more research to disprove those reports. Something the fossil fuel companies haven't been able to do.

Also the fossil fuel companies are amongst the most profitable in the world and have had over fifty years to fund studies about alternative theories to the rising global temperatures. There the fossil fuel companies after more than fifty years haven't find any credible alternative theories for the warning so they instead on their websites have to acknowledge the need to drastically reduce C02 emissions.
 
You use the phrase "fossil fuel companies" as if they were a single entity, they are not.
The many businesses in the business of selling energy in the form of finished fuel products,
compete with each other, and would love to drive the competition from the market.
Letting a government hatchet man do with regulation, what would otherwise cost you money,
is simply good for profits.
