In fact much as the Russians claim was, that they were going to disperse clouds by sending up jet aircraft to disperse them, I have no idea as to whether this was successful then, not that it mattered as the Moscow Olympics was basically a flop due to so many Nations pulling out.
Oh the lengths these nations will go to so as to improve their tarnished image in the eyes of the World.
