The Mexican Govt, according to Fox News, has declared that it will file numerous law suits against the United states if the United States troops Bush plans to use on the border acts to defend America's border. Mexico says United States troops are not allowed to defend the border, can not become involved, or it will sue the United States!

The Mexican courts have already sued (on behalf of ILLEGAL immigrants) private citizens in the U.S. for defending their own property against illegal immigrants who have engaged in trespassing, destruction of private property, etc. Even worse, U.S. courts have upheld these law suits, found in favor of the Mexican Govt., have seized American property, and have given that property to the Mexican Govt/illegal immigrants!

While the corrupt Mexican Military has escorted drug runners across our borders, even fired on Border patrol agents, the corrupt and failed Mexican Goverment is trying to dictate to the United States when and how we can and can not secure our own borders! To h@ll with THAT!

I personally hope the National Guard catches a group of Mexican military on our side of the border, escorting drug runners, and wipes 'em all out with Apaches or fighters to get the message across to President Fox that we don't work for him, and no more freakin' free ride!

What? With this guy saying the amesty plan isn't really amnesty you think the guard units are going to be anything except cardboard cutouts used to fool the voters?

They're going to be "building roads"? ROADS? First off, we need a damn wall, preferebly an invisible horizontal one that explodes when stepped on. There's already enough informal roads at the border that we don't need to waste the Guard building more.

Second off, there are private contractors who're paid to build "walls", just make sure you jail any contractor that's caught with invaders on the payroll (or off the payroll but getting paid anyway).

Then, Bushy's going to "award" citizenship to invaders who've been really good at evading the police and living here for a long time. That's to be considered somehow different than "rewarding" other invaders who haven't been here as long.

So, people, how stupid do you think the American people are? Will Busy's poll ratings rise as herd of Republemmings rush to the Cliffs of Surrender to plant their noses on the Bush rectum at the bottom of the precipice? Or will they finally see through the double-talk, the arrogance, and the elitism and finally turn away from this party of traitors and snobs?

What will really happen at the border? In July, the National Guard will be shown marching on the border with big Republican fanfare. In late November, regardless of who wins the elections, the National Guardsmen will be quietly eased back to Iraq. The flood of invaders will continue to surge for as long as the promise of amnesty remains open, and the damage to the United States will continue to metastasize.

Until actions are taken against employers of invaders, nothing will change.

You know, if they file suit in the Ninth Circuit, they may actually get an injunction from the leftists in San Francisco. Though, in reality, the Supreme Court would be the court of original jurisdiction in such a case. Can't see it getting very far with a majority of justices. Damn funny though.

Come now... the House Republicans are the only people actually standing up to Bush. Most of the Senate Republican and Democrat both have rolled over. Many of the democrats in the house have rolled over to.. you can pin this weakness on Bush and the dems but for once you have to back off the reps.

Moving on. I have to say that the idea of the Mexican Goverment sueing the US military is insanity. Isn't there some law in place that says you cannot sue the military in a time of war.. which stops our own people from trying to get court action against the troops being stuck in Iraq. Don't quote me on that I may be wrong and I have to go so I have no time to double check.

Yes, most of the Democrats HAVE rolled over and pretty much surrendered on this issue, not to mention most other issues.

Hmmm, I think it might be a good idea to do a geneological search on the Democrats to see how many of them have French ancestry. I bet its a whole lot of them. :)

Here is what I think of Mexico's fraudulent frivolous lawsuit attempt.

There's so many traitors in the House GOP caucus that idiot amnesty proposals are being seriously debated. No, the House isn't going to get a free pass just because some clear thinkers like Tom Tancredo got elected.

1) We're not at war. Not officially, and not officially with Mexico.

2) You should hunt up the Treaty of Guadalupe-Hidalgo. Article XVI specifically states that either party to the treaty can fortify their side of the border any way they damn well please. So much for any lawsuit.

3) Even without the treaty, it's OUR country, not Mexico's. They shouldn't have standing to file such a frivolous suit anyway. Any member of the US bar that puts his name on it should be disbarred.

I cannot believe these suits have any chance.

Ultimately, it will come down to a constitutionality issue, and 1) other than a whole LOT of stuff the government does that the constitution does not give the govt powers about, the constitution very specifically says it is the duty of the federal government the duty of defending our borders, and 2) I cannot see the current make-up of the SCOTUSruling any way but upholding that duty.

Fox is a blow-hard piece of $hit who will get nowhere.

Unfortunately, during the last 2 'Hurt America Day' marches by Latib=nos, as it was reported by numerous media across the country, the DNC was quite busy registering illegal voters in anticipation of the day when these 12+ Million criminals become legal voters!

What they do not see is there will come a day when the Latinos may very well out-number the 'Gringos'...on THAT day, why would they want to vote for a 'Gringo' when they can vote in one of their own? Politicians are selling this country's future for votes TODAY!

Meanwhile, we need to cut the military loose on our borders, allowing them to PROTECT our borders!

Another thing we can do is adopt the Mexican immigration policy, which is quite brutal and harsh! 100% of all illegals are rounded up and dumped across the border for their host nation to deal with. Those who keep comeing back have been beaten and even killed. I find it amusing that a country who has such a brutal/harsh immigration policy is declaring that WE do not have the right to police our own borders and have no right to deny their criminals/illegals from coming into our country!

Also, we HAVE to start enforcing our own laws - hammering people who hire illegals by huge fines, jail time, seizure of property, or padlocking the company doors!

What we are witnessing is an Invasion, albeit a peaceful one. Many of these Mexicans are coming across the border to re-claim land they say is theirs. There are a few towns along the border now called, translated into English, 'the colonies' - they consider themselves colonies of Mexico! The Federal Goverment of Mexico is taking legal actions against America, seizing people's land, and dictating to America whether we can defend our own border! Its not only a security danger, but it is also embarrassing before the whole world. It looks like Fox/Mexico has us by the b@lls and is calling all the shots! And our freakin' politicians are selling the country off bit bybit for votes!
