Who in the **** are they do dictate ANYTHING regarding the US!?!?!

Its amazing that you MUST carry papers that you belong in Mexico while you visit, and if you are there illegally? They put you in a mexican prision for 2 years hard labor.

But mexico is saying that it is racist to carry around papers to be checked in Arizona and now THIS ****!?!?! :doh Im at the point where were shoot to kill if we see someone illegally crossing the border and set up landmines in that area too.

(CNN) -- Mexico on Tuesday filed a brief in federal court in Arizona supporting a lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of a tough new immigration law, Mexico's foreign ministry said.
The lawsuit seeks to overturn SB 1070, a recently passed law due to go into effect late next month, which stipulates that police can ask the residency status of people being investigated for a crime.
"The government of Mexico has requested the court that SB 1070 be declared unconstitutional and that it does not enter into force," the foreign ministry said in a written statement.
The Mexican government gave its support to the lawsuit filed by a group of civil rights organizations, including the Mexican American Legal Defense Fund, the National Immigration Law Center and the American Civil Liberties Union.
In its brief, Mexico "underscored that it is fundamental and imperative that the human and civil rights of its citizens are duly respected while present in Arizona or in any other state of the United States," the foreign ministry said.
In filing the brief, Mexico said it was upholding its duty to protect its nationals in the United States and ensure that they are not discriminated against based on their ethnicity.
The case is Friendly House, et al v. Michael B. Whiting, et al.

Gee do you think the ACLU would be interested in suing Mexico over their immigration laws?:)

Would like to see Obama tell Mexico to stick it and mind their own business.

Since when can another country sue a state over its laws? Hopefully a judge will toss this lawsuit out and laugh in their faces.

Heard on the radio that actual Mexico is filing a brief as a friend of the court? supporting a law suit by the ACLU and others against SB1070.

So it looks like Mexico is not actually suing AZ, they are just supporting the ACLU, etal suits.

That makes sense.

Seems to me Mexico needs to get their own house in order before throwing rocks at us, so to speak
Mexico just wants more if its citizens in the US earning money and sendig it back to relatives in Mexico, they could less about alledged racial dicrimination.

It's not going to stop, but only get worse when our President supports this type of behavior. Mexico will never wipe their own ass...Even if we did open the border wide open, that probably wouldn't be good enough. They would find something to complain about.
