In the article, Vibcente Fox critizes the border fence, saying it is an "embarassment" for the US and comparing it to the Berlin Wall.

Sorry Mr Fox, but there is no embarassment and no comparison to the Berlin Wall.

First, the wall comparison...the Berlin Wall was designed to split a country and to keep folks that hatred the communist regiem from leaving the oppression. This fence is supposed to slow an illegal invasion of one sovergn nation by another.

As for an embarassment, it should be Mexico, not the US, that is embarassed. Quit opressing your people, get rid of the corruption in your government that makes life in Mexico a bad place to live, take advantage of your resources to make life in Mexico bearable for all it's citizens, not just a priveledged few, and perhaps your citizens will not be so eager to leave.

Mexico is who should be embarassed for treating it's citizens so bad that they want to leave.

I am beyond caring what Mexico's corrupt, inept government might feel or think about the United States erecting a fence on its' own property.

He doesn't want to loose the second largest influx of cash to his country. Less illegals in the US the less money gets sent home.
