CDU is the main Conservative party of Germany. Merkel and von der Leyen are Conservatives of the Christian Democratic tradition. People call anything a Communist. They don't know what a Communist is.

Whatever. Merkel and von der Leyen are not Social Democrats. They are conservative Christian Democrats. They represent the right wing of German politics.
Also, Social Democrats don't really pretend to be Capitalists. They just think parts of the Capitalist system can be useful, i.e. it's easier to fund social welfare if there are fat cats to tax. What you're talking about are Democratic Socialists, which are a whole different thing than Social Democrats. In Germany: SPD= Social Democrats, Die Linke = Democratic Socialists. And no Democratic Socialists certainly don't pretend to be Capitalist, they openly state they want to abolish Capitalism, just democratically.
