This will stop the forced inoculations of pre-adolescent girls for the virus which causes cervical cancer.

There is a lot of pressure on Perry here in Texas too to reverse his executive decision mandating the inoculations, as well as a lawsuit which claim that the Texas Governor does not Constitutionally have the power to do what he did. After reconstruction, the Texas Constitution was rewritten, making the Governor essentially a figurehead, with most executive power resting in various commissions.

I love the vaccine, I hate the word mandatory. I say make it a take home to parent for signature thing, and make it available for those intelligent enough to take it.

"Hey ladies, we've got the vaccine for your most common cancer, and STD, no big deal."

If people one day shrug at an AIDS vaccine I'll go on a slapping spree.
