Mental health of executive heads: why Saakashvili is left out? (1 Viewer)

I have just read an article that covers the problem of mental health of leaders of certain states. There was for example mentioned Slovenia's self-perpetuating president Janez Drnovsek who is known to be practicing voodoo and shamanistic ceremonials, and who alerted the rest of the world of the forthcoming uprising of robots. Don't you find it weird that such person is at the head of a country?

There was also mentioned president of Ecuador Abdala Bucaram, self-styled "loco", or madman, who was dismissed from the Ecuadorian presidency by Congress on alleged grounds of "mental disability". Honestly speaking, this was a rather extravagant crock, who did not comply with presidential formalities, freely spent public money, maintained contacts with drug mafia and took cocaine.

Among other mentally handicapped politicians of XX century, there was mentioned dictator of Uganda Idi Amin. After he saw Allah in his dream, he converted to Islam and expelled 50,000 Asians, who had been engaged in trade, industry, and various professions, which almost ruined economy of Uganda. Besides, Idi Amin suggested members of the services eating human meat that "boosts morale", and even ate a few of his compatriots on his own.

After I read this article, there was nothing for it but wonder why the author did not mention current president of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili. As far as I know, Saakashvili's mental abilities are not far better than that of Abdala Bucaram or Idi Amin. It is also known that Saakashvili widely cooperates with drug dealers in Georgia, takes part in white slavery and unauthorized arms traffic, and is also known as an awfully bizarre person - you only need to listen to his public speeches or howlers he makes during official meeting with president Bush. This is strange that parliament of Georgia has not yet dismissed him as totally mismatching his post.

How about that one leader, who, when his country was attacked, knew who did it and went after someone else? I forgot who he was exactly, but I remember he got the country in major debt. His people couldn't even understand what he meant in his speeches, that's how dumb he was. Damn, I wish i could remember his name.
