What is really delish about this is that the Comcast brain trust thought that they were letting no stone go unturned in the effort to make sure that this Megyn Kelly expensive and disruptive gambit works, but what they were really doing was setting her up to fail. And if she fails then they fail. And this looked like a likely failure from the moment they said that they were bringing Kelly on, giving her what ever she wants, she who has made it her lifes work to muck-up every place she goes, and then need to leave.
Of course if you go look at what the so-called journalists are saying about Comcast/Kelly/Putin I dont thing you will find anyone talking about any of this.
Because they suck.
Her flaming out in spectacular fashion would be a popular attraction.

I thought Megyn handled herself pretty well....and Putin looked very uncomfortable squirming in his chair as he denied and then justified Russian involvement. But it was just the day before that he publicly admitted that the Russians were involved...but of course, he wouldn't give Kelly that satisfaction.

I didn't watch it. Personally I see little point in asking Putin questions because I wouldn't believe the answers. Perhaps it had some entertainment value.
He did bring up 2 decent points that I have thought for awhile now.
1. Americans upset about another country allegedly interfering with their election is pretty hypocritical.
2. It doesn't matter who gets elected, America will continue the same way it always has been. Every person running for President always campaign on less foreign intervention because that is what the majority wants, and once elected they pull out the xbox controller and start dropping bombs over Baghdad. While I agree with his observation, I don't see this as a valid defense for him because it was obvious that both Putin and Clinton hated one another.
I still don't understand what happened and why she left FN. Isn't she a bit hypocritical working for NBC?
I wasn't impressed with her interview skills either and felt that she was leading until she had the answers she was looking for. She now seems to have found her match.

NBC 'Freaking Out' over 'Ratings Disaster' Megyn Kelly: Report - BreitbartNBC is reportedly “freaking out” because the network’s over-hyped talent Megyn Kelly has already been a “ratings disaster.”

As Radar Online noted, Kelly’s interview with Erin Andrews “was destroyed by 60 Minutes, which scored 7.66 million total viewers. Kelly got a paltry 4.35 million people to tune in to her program.”
Already in desperation mode, NBC is reportedly “scrambling” to land big “gets” like Kathy Griffin or Adrianna Grande because, according to the source, the network seems to have already determined that “people are not tuning in to watch Megyn without huge guests.”
After reportedly being rejected multiple times, Kelly finally found a producer for her daily one-hour morning show just last Friday.
Putin ran circles around her. He knows how to handle the press.

Perhaps well-heeled paranoia coming from someone who could be in your PTA meeting is not as appealing as it once was. But if Kelly’s move to NBC was both an attempt to cement her brand and a network gambit to draw a certain demographic of viewers, it has failed on both counts. It may be worth going back to the drawing board entirely with Megyn Kelly — to evaluate her strengths not just by what she is or isn’t, but rather by what she can actually do.
I think I said way back at the jump that Comcast taking Kelly, and especially at that price, sure indicates that Comcast does not know what they are doing.
