Should the U.S government take action to add hearing loss care, vision care, and dental care to Medicare recipients? Maybe increase the premium as little as possible to help supplement the costs? Thoughts?

I can't afford an increase in my Medicare, and I read today that the program will be insolvent in 2025. Why on earth would they start adding more when it's flat broke?

Well, say you were choosing between financing that and something else--let's say early childhood education. Which one would be a better investment of public dollars?
