Gaetz was right though:
Gaetz charged that the Pentagon “got it wrong” by predicting that Russia would overrun Ukraine within days and that the Taliban would not take control of Afghanistan last year. “You totally blew those calls and maybe we would be better at them if the National Defense University actually worked a little more on strategy and a little less on wokeism,” Gaetz said.
Top US general: Potential for ‘significant international conflict’ is increasing

This is a bullshit response from Gen. Austin:
“Has it occurred to you that Russia has not overrun Ukraine because of what we’ve done and what our allies have done?” Austin asked. “Have you ever even thought about that?”

LOL! Uh, nope. First off we didn't do jack diddly-squat. Ukraine got lucky that Russia looked like the Keystone Cops, broke down, and couldn't even mount an attack on Kiev. Secondly, the Ukrainian people stood up and fought for their country.

Arms supplies from the West came a little slow and late. It even took weeks for Joe Brandon to stop defending the purchase of Russian oil and gas. So, yeah, Gaetz is spot on. The Pentagon BOTCHED Afghanistan, AND the withdrawal, and they completely overestimated Putin.

Yeah....you're in a position to judge a retired General with over 40 years of military service.

It would be so great if you just went away.

Generals aren't dieties, and no I wouldn't trust the Military Industrial Complex with safety and peace for the world.

Their business is war; they're hammers that see nails everywhere they look.

No, so you listen to child molesting imbeciles like Gaetz instead.

You obviously don't pick your battles wisely.

You really don't have much good to say about Reagan, do you?
I loved Mr. Reagan and he had a talent for coming across as a kind old uncle, but his presidency severely damaged the country for generations. I'm still not convinced that he even knew what was going on while he was in office. He was a puppet for a Right-Wing New Jersey cabal that formed during the Nixon administration (Cheney-Rumsfield)... They were also the puppet masters during the George W. Bush administration and still have an impact on Republican Party ideology... If you want to call it an ideology. Look up The Armageddon Plan if you are interested... It may even enlighten you on the Jan 6 incident...
