I was in China in 2008 when the 9.0 quake hit Sichuan province and the talk was the US did it. The Chinaman on the street does believe the US controls the weather and stuff like earthquakes. Against China.

I was in China too when Covid hit in 2019-20 and they swore up and down to we Americans it started in the USA. My standard response was that there are crazy people in any country anyone would want to name, although I passed on naming China specifically but they did get the point. That didn't stop 'em though as they were as adamant as MAGAs are adamant -- that Covid started in the other guy's country.

Indeed, your average Chinaman is the perfect match for MTG and the mass of MAGAs too. It's also a natural fit that Xi and Trump are two peas in a pod. Sad to say none of this is encouraging of course. The PLA hates Xi too btw, same as the Pentagon hates Trump. I sometimes wonder what it would be like if the PLA and the Pentagon ever get together on any of this.
