Allot of ism's huh? But for the sake of arguement, I must bring this up. Are all not tied in with each other? Do all not make the unsumption that man is 'god'. And doesnt it seem awfully strange that this is what 'America.' Is becoming these days. Let me explain, you see I spent much time in Phillidelphia alittle while back. Debating, and other things. And I came up with this theory. You see, America is slowly moving towards this tutalitarian goverment system. And most of us are not even aware of it. We are making everything equal, wich seems to come up in communism. We are taking out 'god.' from everyting pretty much. Wich is a form of 'Marxism.' And we are trying to make all of our pay equal in some ways. Wich is 'Capitalsm.' Strange isnt it? But so true, are we moving into a system much like Canada's? Im sorry but this just does not seem right. What do all of you think?

They are somewhat interrelated in their focus, but none of them states man is god. I hate that phrase.

Well, there is a slight trend in certain areas, yes. There would be more if we didn't have as many constitutional protections as we do have. Religion is one of the most totalitarian of threats we face. It's good that it's on the decrease.

I don't follow you. I don't see how getting rid of God is communism or marxism. Secularism has nothing to do with either. Marxism just happens to promote atheism. That has no impact, though. And we aren't making everything equal. Equality of opportunity and giving equality where equality is due is different from making everyone identical robots--all equal.

How is trying to make pay equal Capitalism? That's not capitalism at all. Hell, that's not even communism. What system is that? There's nothing wrong with redistribution of wealth. When the gap between the rich and the poor is so vast, and ever increasing, and nearly all the increases in wealth go to the rich, history shows bad **** happens. You don't want bad **** to happen. Now, you shouldn't have all or even the majority of money taken for redistribution, but morally speaking, such vast disparities are horrific.

What do you hate about Canada's in particular, because you seem to connote a negative opinion of it. Canada is hardly totalitarian.

No comment.. on the religion thing.
Well I geuse in a way you could say that there sort socialistic. I mean look at it this way. Everyone has the same health care, everyone spends the same money on taxes. And in the end there all the same. Communistic in a way, I think thats a key element.

But everyone doesn't pay the same rate or the same quantity in taxation. The USA, and many nations, have a graduated income tax--progressive. That means certain groups, rightly so, pay more than others because they can afford to do so. It's wrong to charge those who have less money the same rate as those who are billionairs.

In the USA, it's far from teh case that everyone has the same Healthcare. Even if they did, that's not necessarily bad, simply because it has socialist elements. Everyone having fairly good/moderate healthcare and better preventative care is beter than a few having really super good care and everyone else sucking. The only place in which pepole are truely equal in healthcare here is in emergency care--but even then---debt's a bitch.

Do as you like, but to eraticate the 'Judeo-Christianty.' Population would be quite a genocide wouldnt you think?

Not if you can come up with some type of BNW'ish solution. Although fiction now, I hope not forever.
