The Manhattan district attorney's office is scouring the vile files to determine if criminal charges are warranted - and are checking whether any of the women are underage.

Gibbons, 47, already had raised eyebrows with his ethics-skirting romance with Legal Aid lawyer Jeanne Emhoff, 31, who he fathered a son with weeks ago.

Emhoff's Facebook page, which was pulled down Thursday, featured a photo of a man with a boy on his shoulder.

The porn revelation staggered the baby's grandparents.

Yeah my biggest problem here is that he looked at porn while at work, but I don't think him browsing porn in of itself is immoral. How hard is it to wait until you get home?

I used to work in corporate offices and it was common though. People would even bypass the corporate monitoring software so that they could surf for porn and joke around with their co-worker buddies about it. I'll never understand.

I'm not excusing this whatsoever and just have a question totally separate of the case.

How hard would it be for a covert agency to frame a government official by planting porn on his work computer? It wouldn't be that difficult would it? If our government got corrupt enough, is this a possibility? It would be a nice way to remove people in your way. No proof needed. Once something like this comes out you're finished. Your reputation is shot in the court of public opinion.

Sometimes it is much easier and/or wiser to not fight certain things [like, for example, a court case where the jail sentence is great enoguh where turning down a probation sentence deal to fight the case is not wirth it]. Doesn't make you guilty or not guilty inherently.
