Managing "Russia"'s dissolution

Admittedly, I don't know much about Far Eastern Russia besides Manchuria, so those were sort of just left over territories that I didn't know much to do with. But they are ultimately satellite states by Imperial China in the 2050s in my timeline. Assuming China continues its upward mobility of course, and ends up becoming a new superpower. I'm interetested to know what you think of the state of European Russia though. They nominally remain united under a common currency, but with greater autonomy. I used the fall of the Soviet Union, and to a lesser degree - the breakup of Yugoslavia - as a template. Republican Russia maintains a system of government similar to the U.S. (although a looot poorer and smaller) which incorporates some surrounding Krai and Oblast into it due to the raw manpower of the Komi Republic (over a million by this time). And Muslims would of course want their own autonomy within European Russia, giving rise to a Tatar-led 'Muslim Russia' in the southwest of the former-Russian Federation...

And then there's Moscow occupying the former Central Federal District territory bordering Ukraine/Belarus.

Muscovites are such funny occupants they know that soon they soon have to leave occupied lands to their rightful owners and do nothing about just waiting. when Mao passed Baikal lake he refused to visit " stolen by tsarists Chinese great northern sea"

man, its a very good question, step by step
1)
a) Muslim Caucasus , and Cossackland will be independent for sure
b) Tatarstan & Bashkiriya will be independent for sure

2) "Central Federal District territory bordering Ukraine/Belarus"

a) 3 occupied Belarusian regions will return to Belarus, as well as Kalinengrad region (Kalinengrad has no other choice )

b) SP literally hates Moscow, they prefer to be live European way of life, something similar to Finland, where majority of them have been already , idea of the own independent Ingria is very popular in SP even today https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ingria

c) The Lokot republic , will dominate the aria between south east Belarus Ukraine and Muscovy . they resisted stalinist occupation even in 70th. liberated themselves in 1941 without German help , they have very strong local identity and all families there suffered from Stalinist repressions one way or another

The way I see it, Karelia was originally part of Finland yes? So with the collapse scenario of the Russian state as I imagined it, Karelia would go back to Finland by default since they lost it via armed aggression by Soviet Union in WWII, ergo the absence of a suitable replacement for the USSR on the Security Council resulting in the automatic reintegration, or Finland stepping in to rectify the inevitable Syrian Civil War-style bombings and mass murder that would occur on their previous border

yes, poor Karelia, its such hell today, but locals all 100% moved out when USSR reconquered it in 1944. i have realities in Finland , the majority are against to bring in so many illegal settlers from Muscovy. 791,317 (1989 Census its more than 1/5 of Finnish population today . man you dont know what Muscovite did to best part of Finland ., its just pure Africa there . i can post some pictures if you want

Some people need to seriously step back and look at what they've posted.

I think in a few decades, Russia will look something like this:
