A news reporter with Inside Edition was filming a segment Wednesday on the rampant rise of shoplifting in San Francisco at a Walgreens store when a man jumped over the front counter to steal an air bed, a clip of the segment posted to YouTube shows.

This conduct is allowed because misdemeanor theft was raised to $950. The police don’t bother with most misdemeanors, and public policy leans toward ignoring “need crimes”, “quality of life crimes”, etc. So now, businesses are surrendering and closing.

This is what George Soros supporting local DA’s brings to you - A DA who tells you that you must absorb crime because of their social situation. The population is so neutered, they go along with it.

This is what you get when you elect Soft On Crime Liberals.
