Man follows woman to the bathroom to preform gender check

There are a lot of threads on the issue of transgendered people using which bathrooms. I personally think it's a stupid, non issue debate. If somebody looks like a woman, then I don't care if they use the women's room. If a male-to-female transexual walks into a men's room, then that is going to cause problems, because it looks like a woman is in the men's room.

The guy though he was following another guy into the men's room and it turns out he was following a woman? I can see that happening. Hell, I've accidentally walked into the women's room before and I've also run into women exiting the men's room. **** happens.
